Research On The Countermeasures Of The Transformation And Upgrade Of Resource-Based Urban Economic Structure From The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

China defines a resource-based city as having natural resources such as forest resources and mineral resources in cities within prefecture-level cities.Such cities are called resource-based cities.The industrial development of these cities mainly comes from the exploitation and initial processing of these natural resources.At present,there are many resource-based cities in China.Therefore,it is of great research and practical significance to conduct in-depth research on the development of resource-based cities so as to make these resource-based cities develop healthily and steadily,thus promoting the construction of urban economy and the development of ecological civilization in China.Taking Guixi as an example,from the perspective of ecological civilization construction,this paper makes a thorough study of some problems existing in Guixi's industrial development,analyses the causes of these problems,and puts forward some strategies to solve these problems,so as to make Guixi's industrial restructuring and upgrading successful.Firstly,the background and conditions of Guixi's low-carbon industrial transformation and upgrading are scientifically analyzed.From the perspective of resources and environment of Guixi city,this paper makes a comprehensive study on the process of industrial restructuring in recent years,and finds out the achievements and problems of Guixi city in the process of restructuring.Secondly,the problems existing in Guixi City are analyzed to find out the causes of the problems.Thirdly,guided by the policy of developing resource-based cities from the perspective of ecological civilization,combined with Guixi's own industrial development,we will find out the challenges that Guixi will face in the process of industrial transformation.Finally,through the above analysis,the author finds out the target direction of Guixi's industrial transformation,and on the basis of improving the original industry,accurately opens up the development path of new industries.That is,the development of machinery manufacturing industry,metallurgical processing industry,non-ferrous metal processing industry,tourism industry and agricultural modernization,these new and old industries are comprehensively optimized and developed,thus improving the overall economic level of Guixi City from the ecological perspective.
