| JiangXi Huilian Real Estate Co.,Ltd is a small and medium private real estate,there are still shortcomings in the development system,development strategy,etc..In particular,there is a lack of scientific planning for development strategies.However,today's real estate market is rapidly changing,the internal and external environment is constantly changing,and various challenges come one after another.It is difficult to cope with this rapid change without a previous development strategy and strategy.Based on the theoretical analysis,this paper discusses the ways of the scientific development of Huilian Company in the next few years.This thesis consists of seven chapters.The first chapter mainly summarizes the background significance,research methods and framework of this thesis.The second chapter expounds the theoretical basis of this thesis,including development strategy theory,PEST analysis,five-force model and SWOT analysis three kinds of analytical tools.The third chapter introduces and analyzes the external environment of huilian company,mainly analyzes a current situation of our country's real estate market,and analyzes the external macro environment of the company by PEST analysis method,and analyzes the industrial environment of the company by SWOT analysis method.The fourth chapter introduces the general situation of the company,and analyzes the existing internal conditions of Huilian from the aspects of organization and human resources management,marketing ability,financial ability and technical ability.The fifth chapter has formed the SWOT matrix of Huilian Company on the basis of the previous analysis.Based on this,it has formulated the development strategy of Huilian Company,including the overall strategy and the competition strategy.The sixth part expounds the implementation and control of the strategy,and the effective implementation of the strategy is the ultimate ownership and significance of the strategy.The last part summarizes the main points of the article and puts forward the prospects in related fields.In this paper,several analytical methods of strategic management of enterprises are used scientifically,which have strong practical significance for the development of Huilian Company and provide a scientific and feasible framework system for the development of the company.The research results of this paper will also be applied to practice,hoping to stimulate and arouse more entrepreneurs to the enterprise development strategy and thinking. |
