The size of the population and the development of the social economy will directly affect the development of the insurance industry.Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced rapid economic growth and social development,and the people's income and living standards have increased steadily.The trend is from social insurance to private purchase of commercial insurance.The demand for insurance is gradually increasing,which has promoted the continuous expansion of China's insurance industry in recent years.Social insurance has played a role in insurance education for residents.With the widespread use of social insurance,the awareness of insurance among Chinese residents has gradually increased,and the acceptance and demand for commercial insurance have also increased.With the intensification of competition in the insurance industry and the trend of product homogenization,marketing has become the main aspect of competition among commercial insurance companies in China.China's insurance industry also regards telemarketing as the main marketing method.Compared with traditional channels,the insurance sales model has unique characteristics,and the telemarketing channel is developing rapidly.However,the current isolation between the sales channels and the traditional channels has created contradictions,which has caused great waste to the resources of insurance companies,which is not conducive to the healthy and sustainable development of the sales model.In the future,telemarketing will inevitably be integrated with various sales channels.The big data and cloud computing technologies brought by the Internet have brought opportunities for the channel integration and development of the insurance industry.The Internet offers many opportunities and threats to insurance sales agents.On the one hand,the Internet offers opportunities to communicate and connect with customers.However,it also puts insurance companies or competitors at risk of losing business.Facing the challenges faced by the insurance company's traditional telemarketing model in the Internet era,this paper takes PA company as an example to study the sales model of insurance products in the era of mutual benefit network,and introduces the development status of PA sales business in the branch office.The problem,combined with macro background analysis and industry environment analysis,from the distribution characteristics of PA company insurance business,carry out target market selection and analysis,product positioning,propose integration ideas with traditional marketing model and Internet marketing,and realize telemarketing strategy.Innovatively,the specific strategy for ensuring the telemarketing effect of PA products in the Internet era of the PA company was formulated.The telephone marketing of China PA Insurance Company should make use of the Internet to make multi-party considerations in customer management.It is necessary to do a good job in establishing a telemarketing data driving center,conducting multi-channel integrated marketing,and constructing a negative evaluation feedback processing mechanism to effectively improve telemarketing.Success rate,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and expand market share.
