With the rapid development of knowledge and economy,more and more foreign-owned enterprises choose to develop their business in China.After the adapting to the local business environment,many enterprises develop the performance with high-speed growth and expand business scale.Meanwhile the foreign enterprises bring talent competition to local enterprises.Foreign enterprises should combine the characteristics of the enterprises and their business development needs to establish a set of management tools to development the talents.Human resources management system should be developed to adapt the enterprise business needs.Scientific performance evaluation and compensation management system decide to attract,motivate and retain talent.This guarantees enterprise for long-term and competition.As company D is a wholly foreign owned enterprise.Firstly,from the domestic and foreign research status of performance evaluation and compensation management,the thesis reviews the relevant theories of performance management and salary management to reach scientific research methods.Secondly,take D enterprise as example and use methods such as interview,questionnaire survey to explore the key factors that affect enterprise performance appraisal and compensation management.Finally,in the study of the theory of the performance management and salary management,enterprise should consider actual situation of D company to complete the improvement of the performance appraisal and compensation management and optimization.Purpose of this thesis is to react to the concrete enterprise case analysis,the overall foreign companies in China for the development of the common problem and tries to find out some feasible solutions,hoping to more enterprises in the aspect of performance appraisal and compensation management system to provide certain reference and reference.
