| For more than a century,compensation has been a hot issue in the field of economics and management.The most attention to the managers is the company’s benefit,sales are one of the important means to realize the goal of the company.The company’s sales staff is regarded as the lifeblood of the company,is the mainstay to create benefits for the company,is also one of the most important resources of the company.Now the study of salary is paying more attention to the internal factors of human motivation,most people are more concerned about the staff needs in the psychological aspect,the connotation of compensation has been extended from direct monetary compensation to indirect monetary rewards and no monetary rewards.Incentive compensation is the development trend of compensation management,commonly used methods including increase the proportion of performance pay and benefits;the system of flexible working time;regard employees as business partners;make the skills and performance as the basis of payment rather than workload.Broadband salary broke the hierarchy of the traditional salary,it is helpful to guide the staff to transfer from the promotion to improve personal development and ability and give more salary space for good performance and senior technical staff.The salary adjustment should be changed from the previous static state to the dynamic adjustment.The challenges and competition faced by companies is fierce,and the salary is directly related to the survival and development of the company,we should establish the scientific and reasonable mechanism to incentive talent,attract talent and mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of key personnel;to activate human resources,to retain a lot of talent,also can let the sales staff to strive for the interests of the company.This thesis is guided by the theory of incentive salary and broadband salary based on the analysis of XL company’s gold sales personnel salary.It can obtain a set of scientific and feasible compensation methods for XL company gold sales staff to solve the problems of the present salary and redesign.This article was analyzed from six parts of XL’s gold sales compensation. |
