The core of modern enterprise competition is the talent competition which is connected with its pay system. It can be said that the construction of pay system has been the key which can decide if the enterprise can attract and keep the staff. Face to the fierce market competition, how to construct a reasonable pay inspiriting system and promote their employees to upgrade self-value, make the enterprise goal and personal benefit come true, has been the hot problem among enterprises both in and out of China. I think, the construct and perfection of enterprises′reward inspiriting system not only need to use advanced experience for reference, but also learn from our excellent ideology of traditional culture, as to establish a compensation and reward inspiriting system with China characteristic to suit the fierce market competition.Only national, then international. Nowadays, our enterprises are developing rapidly, Personal benefit has some tight relation with enterprises development,Which force us to strengthen the management on employee benefit especially their compensation and reward. When we construct pay system, not only need to learn from advanced pay system out of China,but also base on the excellent traditional culture of China, bring the traditional excellent culture like benevolence, justice and courtesy of Confucianism into the management of modern enterprise, focus on system obligation and economic reward, emphasis on humane management and non-economic reward even more.This paper uses our traditional Confucianism spirit connotation for reference, emphasis on the research of pay inspiriting system, sum up as follows:Firstly, based on the detailed discuss on interrelated theory on Confucianism and compensation and reward inspiriting, this paper educes the connotation of compensation and reward inspiriting system, analyzing the management soul of Confucianism more, discussing their meaning for modern enterprise compensation and reward inspiriting.Secondly, this paper analyzes the actuality of compensation and reward inspiriting, also make a deep comparison between it and western country, and renowned enterprise on compensation and reward inspiring system. As to have some meaning to the construct of compensation and reward system. After the comparison on several typical compensation and reward mode, and diagnosis on nowadays compensation and reward system, this paper brings forward the basic principle based on the Confucianism compensation and reward system, analyzing and designing various pay inspiriting system for different staff, for example, the manager,the technician and so on.Finally, this paper discusses the implement, feedback and adjust on compensation and reward system based on the Confucianism, analyzing how to control the cost of compensation and reward inspiring system, and making sure its implement. Through the research on the Confucianism and compensation and reward inspiriting system, this paper gets the conclusion, and points out the localization, also expecting the future research.
