In recent years,as economic growth enters a new normal and the market needs slows down,transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry is facing rigorous challenge.As a leader in automatic switching equipment industry field,Schneider Wingoal Electric Equipment Co.,Ltd.highly relies on innovation to crack the industry's development problems.Meantime,Schneider Wingoal stays in pursuit of the most efficient lean production management recognized by today's manufacturers,with emphases on low operational cost,zero defect and continuous improvement.JIT and lean logistics management is an inevitable outcome to develop sophisticated and in-depth circulation.Such management not only represents the high level of operation management trend,but also motivates the enterprises to improve its efficiency and build its core competitiveness.This thesis originated when the subject company Schneider Wingoal upgraded its strategic objectives for industrial operation.In order to meet the factory's lean manufacturing requirements on highly efficient information flow and intelligent physical flow,after years of production and distribution of raw materials to the assembly line using a paper based Kanban management system,Schneider Wingoal self-developed an electronic Kanban material providing handling system.The new system allowed a highly efficient process for the electronic Kanban to drive raw materials supplement;a fast feedback mechanism on material shortage between workshop and warehouse;and an information system on material storage for the production line.This thesis has the following contents.It introduces the research background and current status of domestic and international research.By referring to extensive literature,it studies the core ideas and technical system of the theory.It introduces the concept of lean production.The article also described Schneider current research and application status on its internal raw material providing handling system to owned factories.It gives an introduction on the basic theory and implementation of Kanban driven raw material supply system.It described the overall design of electronic Kanban material providing handling system,the system function interface design and software development program.The thesis summarized the electronic Kanban system's benefits to the enterprise operation.For others' reference,the thesis listed the technical difficulties occurred during the electronic Kanban system development and debugging as well as the corresponding solutions.
