Research On Risk Management Of Chinese Enterprises' Investment In Cambodia

With the social and economic development,especially the "One Belt,One Road" strategy put forward by China,more and more Chinese enterprises have entered the market of Cambodia and sought better investment opportunities.However,there are certain risks in Cambodia at present.The main risks are: political risk,cultural risk of economic risk,legal risk and market risk mainly based on operational risk,which have to some extent affected the enthusiasm of Chinese enterprises to invest in Cambodia.Therefore,in order to have a clearer direction for Chinese enterprises to invest in Cambodia and to reduce the losses caused by the risks in the investment process,this study mainly studies the investment risks of Chinese enterprises in Cambodia and aims at providing Chinese enterprises with investment decisions in Cambodia Decision-making basis.In this paper,the literature research and statistical analysis of Chinese enterprises in Cambodia in recent years,the investment situation were studied.According to the survey,foreign direct investment in Cambodia has been increasing year by year,reaching only US $ 19236 million in 2014;China's investment in Cambodia is also increasing year by year,reaching 8445 million U.S.dollars in 2014.As the largest source of foreign investment in Cambodia,China has maintained its annual investment growth of about 1,000 million U.S.dollars.The industries it invests mainly in manufacturing,electricity and convenience facilities.In order to achieve better investment,Chinese enterprises should learn more about Cambodia's relevant policies,open up a broader world in other industries and reduce the pressure of competition in the same industry.At the same time,the Cambodian and Chinese governments need to introduce relevant policies to protect investors,make the investment environment more harmonious,reduce investment risks and protect the interests of investors.On this basis,this article mainly from the following aspects: First of all,from the theoretical aspects of corporate investment risk research,in particular,the current status of venture capital research in Cambodia,foreign investment,and elaborate investment theory;secondly,analysis of China The status quo of investment in Cambodia includes the status quo analysis and risk identification.In addition,the investment risk assessment model of Chinese enterprises in Cambodia is constructed and analyzed by using comprehensive fuzzy evaluation.Then,empirical analysis is carried out,mainly focusing on relevant experts and scholars in China and Cambodia,Finally,based on the results of the empirical analysis,a detailed analysis of investment risk prevention and control proposals in Cambodia of China,mainly from the government and the enterprise level in two aspects.
