Research On The Development Strategy Of S Village Bank In Bijie City

Since the founding of the first village bank in March 2007,the village banks have effectively improved the "three rural" and small and micro services,enriched the financial resources and financial services of the county,and played an active role in promoting the "three rural" economy and the development of small and micro enterprises and supporting the construction of a new socialist countryside.Under the macro background of poverty alleviation and revitalizing the rural strategy,this paper discusses how the villages and towns banks in the underdeveloped areas through the development strategy research,based on the situation of Bijie,and seek sustainable development through differential operation.Based on the research of the development strategy of the S village and town bank in Bijie,the first village and town bank in Guizhou Province,on the basis of the research on the related theories of strategic management,this paper uses PEST analysis,Potter five force model,SWOT analysis and other methods to analyze the various internal and external environmental factors of the development status of the village bank of Bijie city S.In this way,the overall development strategy plan of ""one-core two-wing four-drive" is formulated for the future development of the village and town bank in Bijie.One-core is to "base on Bijie test area,adhere to the small market position of the supporting agriculture branch" as the core subject,and "risk quality management"and "business development" as double wings,to "help the poor to attack and promote the finance,Green finance,technology finance "is the driving force of interest.
