Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Urban And Rural Traffic Integration In Maoming

The core of issues concerning agriculture,the countryside and farmers is the peasant problem.Urban-rural integration is not only the important subject of research about social development of our country,but also the efficacious means in solving the three issues highly concerned by our government.In the progress of Urban-rural integration,traffic construction as one of the infrastructure and the infrastructure construction of rural area,both of them directly affect people's daily consumption patterns.With the improvement of the information in modern society and the progress of economic globalization,the development of traffic construction has become a global trend of industrial trend.Especially in the regional economic development,transportation has become an important guarantee for rural progress.Based on the basic theory of urban and rural integration,this study discusses the current situation and existing problems of urban-rural integration of traffic in Maoming City.In the analysis of combining with the relevant theory,learning from the successful experience of Urban-rural traffic integration domestic and abroad,the paper put forward the corresponding countermeasures according to the actual situation of Maoming C ity.The key research findings are as follow:1.There are some existing problems of traffic in Maoming city: imperfect integrated transport network;low level of road network technology;backward integrated transport hub construction.To this end,the municipal government should speed up the upgrading of the railway network.Through all aspects of support,to ensure the construction of Maoming-Shenzhen railway project steadily.By improving the highway network,further improve the environment of investment in Maoming.Speed up the road construction in key economic network and Optimize the highway network structure in Maoming area.Improve the overall level of ordinary roads and the traffic capacity of national and provincial roads.2.The low level of integrated transport services is unfavorable to the social and economic development of Maoming.To this end,the government should speed up the construction of modern deepwater logistics port and promote the public infrastructure construction in both new port.By developing the supporting facilities of air transport services and the supporting traffic of logistics industrial park,to support the construction of Guangdong West International Airport.Speed up the construction of passenger and freight transport hub,focusing on the development and construction of Maoming passenger hub.Accelerate the upgrading of Maoming C ity transportation industry.3.The low level of safety in rural road networks,highly restricts the process of urbanization in rural areas.To this end,the investment of rural poverty alleviation by government should be more accurate.Consolidate and improve the equalization of rural transport services,to improve the service level of rural passenger transportation.Strengthen the construction of rural logistics system to ensure the timeliness of agricultural external transport.4.The lagging transport services brings inconvenience in the daily life for the Maoming citizen.To this end,the city government should give priority to the development of urban public transport to achieve convenient urban-rural traffic.Promote the integration of development in urban-rural transportation,and strengthen the communication and exchange between urban and rural areas,both in aspect of economic and trade cooperation.
