In 2017,the urbanization rate in China reached 58.5%,and it entered the stage of rapid urbanization. As the city's infrastructure for education, communications, and transportation is relatively complete, producer services are concentrated in cities, especially in the central cities of developed urban agglomerations. The agglomeration of producer services in cities is conducive to the deepening of the professional division of labor, the realization of knowledge spillovers, and the promotion of technological progress, thereby increasing the efficiency of regional economic growth. The Yangtze River Economic Zone covers nine provinces and two cities in China, and its gross production value accounts for more than 40% of the country's total. It is a new support zone for coordinating the economic development of China's eastern, central and western regions.By studying the influence of producer services agglomeration in the three major urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Economic Zone,we will find out the rational agglomeration and layout of China's producer services.Among them, the Yangtze River Delta,Yangtze River middle reaches and Cheng-Yu city group are the three major growth poles in the Yangtze River Economic Zone.It is of great significance in promoting the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and economic growth of the Yangtze River Economic Zone, and promoting sustainable urban development. This article uses the new growth theory to deeply analyze the impact of the knowledge accumulation and human capital brought about by the agglomeration of producer services on regional economic growth, and then analyzes the current situation of producer services agglomeration in the three major urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Economic Zone. This paper reasonably constructs a model and selects panel data from the three major urban agglomerations of the Yangtze River Economic Zone from 2003-2015 to empirically test the impact of producer services agglomeration on regional economic growth. It also analyzes the empirical results and proposes policy recommendations for producer services agglomeration development and regional economic growth. The results of the study show that,as a whole, the impact of agglomeration of producer services on regional economic growth differs depending on the degree of regional economic development and the level of industrialization. In areas where the economy is relatively developed and where the level of industrialization is high, the effect of agglomeration of producer services on its economic growth is obvious. In areas where the level of economic development and industrialization are at a medium level, the specialization of producer services has a more significant role in promoting economic growth. In areas where economic development is at a low level and where industrialization isnot high, the necessary economic basis and mechanism for the formation of producer services agglomeration are not yet mature, and the accelerating effect of producer services agglomeration on economic growth is very weak. Therefore,it is necessary to take into account the differences in the degree of regional economic development to guide the optimization of the layout and the sound development of producer services agglomeration.
