Agglomeration Of Producer Services And Regional Space Reconstruction

With the advancement of economic globalization and the continuous development of the industrial level,the global industrial structure has begun to change from "industrial economy" to "service economy",and the global economic and social form has also begun to turn from "industrial society" to "service society".Since reform and opening up,China has rapidly developed into the largest manufacturing country in the world by relying on the advantages of labor costs and land costs.However,with the continuous improvement of the level of socio-economy and the advancement of industrialization and urbanization,the competitive advantage of labor cost and land cost in the global division of labor has gradually subsided.The original industrial structure is difficult to provide enough power for the development of China's economy,and it is urgent to transform its industrial structure.As the booster of the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,the producer services can play a great role in the adjustment of regional industrial structure.At the same time,it plays a very significant role in promoting economic growth in the process of industrial transformation.The agglomeration of productive service industry has become one of the driving forces for regional economic development and spatial restructuring.However,the current research on the agglomeration of productive services is mainly focused on the description of the phenomenon and the summary of its characteristics,the systematic analysis of the agglomeration dynamic mechanism is relatively weak,and the related research on its agglomeration effect mainly on the promotion of economic growth and the linkage with the manufacturing industry.In the study of the evolution of regional spatial structure,academia has focused on manufacturing for a long time,and the research on the relationship between the agglomeration of producer services and the evolution of regional spatial structure is still relatively weak.Therefore,from the perspective of space,this paper explores the agglomeration characteristics,dynamic mechanism,influence factors and the influence on the regional spatial structure of the producer services,and mainly answers the problems of how the producer services gather,why it gather,how to influence the regional spatial structure and what kind of influence is produced.The specific chapters are arranged as follows:the first chapter is the introduction,which mainly expounds the background of this topic,introduces the purpose and significance of the study,and puts forward the methods and the main framework of the research.The second chapter mainly defines the relevant concepts of this study,then combs the theoretical basis and research progress of the agglomeration of the producer services and the regional spatial structure,and determines the rationality and necessity of this study according to the current research progress,and determines the research route of this paper on the basis of the literature research.The third,fourth,fifth and sixth chapter is the main body of this study.The third chapter is based on the theoretical framework of new economic geography,which is adjusted accordingly to coupling the characteristics of producer services.The dynamic mechanism of the producer services agglomeration is expounded from the three aspects,which are the pursuit of the scope economy,the reduction of the cost of information transmission and the driving of the renting theory.After that,the influencing factors of producer services agglomeration are summarized from two aspects,namely,industrial endogenous factors and environmental exogenous factors.The fourth chapter,on the basis of the previous study,draws a general model of the transmission path of space reconstruction,and then expounds the influences of the agglomeration of producer services on the regional spatial structure from the three aspects of the regional functional division structure,the regional scale structure and the spatial form.The fifth chapter takes 25 cities in the Yangtze River Delta region as the empirical research,uses the space Gini coefficient,spatial autocorrelation analysis and location entropy,and makes a quantitative analysis on the concentration level and the spatial distribution pattern of the overall and sub sectors of the producer services between 2011-2015,the summarizes the normal characteristics of the agglomeration of producer services industry.The sixth chapter,on the basis of empirical research and theoretical research,expounds the evolution trend of the spatial structure of the Yangtze River Delta region under the influence of producer services agglomeration.The seventh chapter is the conclusion and discussion,summarizes the main conclusions of this paper,and puts forward the deficiency of the research and the prospect of the future research direction.
