Since the reform and opening up,The economy of China has experienced rapid growth more than forty years,and the comprehensive national strength and people's living standards have been promoted rapidly,creating the Chinese miracle of economic growth.However,the structural problems and internal contradictions accumulated in the rapid development are beginning to appear at the present time.The extensive development mode aiming at promoting growth has always been unable to get rid of the problems of industrial structure imbalance,low level of technological innovation and lack of sustainable development capacity over the years.China's economic development model need to be adjusted urgently in an all-round way.Under this background,the coordinated development of three levels of industry,technology and finance is of great realistic and strategic significance for the healthy and orderly development of our macro-economy.First of all,this paper makes a paper review and comment on the research and the last progress of technological innovation,industrial structure and financial development at home and abroad,this part is mainly from several aspects to analysis,such as the relationship between the two and the interaction between the three.Secondly,Based on the panel data of 31 provinces and autonomous regions in China in 2001~2016 years,the spatial and temporal coupling model is used to make an empirical analysis of the coordinated development trend and regional difference characteristics of technological innovation,industrial structure and financial development.Then,based on ESDA analysis method,this paper uses the panel data of 31 provinces in China during 2001~2016,analyzes the distribution pattern and characteristics of the double variable space of China's industrial structure and technological innovation and industrial structure and financial development.The results show that,the technological innovation and financial development in each province show a good state of rapid rise,while the development trend of industrial structure is relatively stable.The coupling level of the three provinces and autonomous regions has been continuously improved,but the overall level of development is not high.The combination of science and technology and finance in China is relatively backward,and the two parties do not show a clear cooperative development.There is a significant difference in the level of coupling between regional technological innovation and financial development,but the gradual increase of the spatial matching of the two will become an important thrust of the continuous evolution of coupling.The two spatial matching degree of industrial structure and financial development can support the continuous evolution of coupling,and the promotion of coupling between the two is the key factor of the improvement of the three system coupling relationship.In addition,the whole domain autocorrelation analysis shows that "technological innovation-industrial structure" has significant negative spatial correlation at present,while the two bivariate "financial development-industrial structure" and "financial development-technology innovation" have significant positive spatial correlation.And the local correlation analysis further reveals heterogeneity characteristics of three types of bivariate.
