Study On The Allocation Of Technological Resources In The Mutational Transformation Of Manufacturing Enterprises

Since the reform and opening up,China's manufacturing industry has developed rapidly.By 2010,the manufacturing output value of the manufacturing industry in the world has surpassed that of the United States,becoming the largest manufacturing country.While China's manufacturing industry has achieved great results,it also faces many problems that need to be resolved urgently.It is imperative that the transition from a “manufacturing power” to a “manufacturing powerhouse” should be realized,and the independent innovation of manufacturing industries and the transformation of manufacturing enterprises must be enhanced.Many scholars and companies have realized the key role of independent technological innovation in the catastrophic transformation of manufacturing companies.Therefore,as a support system for technological innovation,the allocation of technical resources is crucial for the abrupt transformation of manufacturing companies.This paper attempts to construct a measurement model of technology resource allocation for a catastrophic transformation enterprise from the perspective of technology resource allocation for a manufacturing enterprise with a catastrophic transformation.Based on this,it uses the NK model to specifically study the technology resource allocation path for the catastrophic transformation of a manufacturing enterprise.First of all,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research on enterprise transformation,enterprise transformation and technical resource allocation,and NK model.Secondly,according to the related research of technology resources,the technology resources are divided into three dimensions: technological manpower,R & D,and technology and equipment.Then,the technology of resource allocation and abrupt transformation of enterprises to research the relationship between manufacturing enterprises,listed companies in Zhejiang Province as an example,the use of the technology resources allocation and enterprise transformation Stata14.0 mutation analysis,verify the hypotheses;using fitness landscape theory to establish the NK model,the path mutation technology resource allocation type the transformation of.Finally,according to the result of the verification,the transformation probability of the mutant transformation enterprise is improved,and the corresponding management countermeasures are put forward.By establishing a management system based on the technology resource allocation of mutational transformation enterprises,we continuously enhance the synergy of the allocation of technological resources,and ultimately achieve the probability of improving the successful transformation of enterprises.
