At present,China's economy is in the "new normal" period of slow growth,and our manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented challenges.The new generation of information technology is developing vigorously with intelligent manufacturing as the main direction under the background of deep integration of informationization and industrialization.Therefore,in order to improve the international competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry,especially the equipment manufacturing industry,it is necessary to realize the innovation of manufacturing models with the relevant theories and technologies of intelligent manufacturing.Based on the theory of business process reengineering,intelligent manufacturing related theories and methods of process modeling,Research on production process reengineering of equipment manufacturing based on intelligent manufacturing,The details include the following contents:This article first summarizes the research status and development of the business process reengineering and the intelligent manufacturing at home and abroad,from such an analysis the current theory research on intelligent manufacturing and process reengineering should be further enriched,such as Expand the research scope of process reengineering to the production process of equipment manufacturing;Combining process reengineering with advanced production mode is a new study tendency.Based on the theoretical basis of production process and intelligent manufacturing,this paper summarizes the researches of the intelligent manufacturing and production process reengineering,the concept of the production process is given;The concept,technical system and system characteristics of intelligent manufacturing are clarified;The business process reengineering is then divided into six steps,and the corresponding methods in each step are described.Secondly,the structure of the production process and the current situation,characteristics and existing problems in the Equipment production process are analyzed in detail.Model abstraction of the production process is the basis of production process reengineering,through analysis and comparison of various modeling method,this paperfinally confirmed using IDEF0 method combined with Petri net to model the production process,adopt the method of combining IDEF0 and Petri nets to describe three stages of the production process;Then it further analyzes intelligent manufacturing's requests to production processes and conducted research on the implementation of process reengineering programs.Then,according to the core principles and goals of the production process reengineering,this article is based on Petri net incidence matrix and combined with intelligent manufacturing requirements for the production process to reengineering production process,to maximize the matching of intelligent manufacturing and production processes.Finally,this article takes the qinhuangdao daikaxinglong wheel limited liability company as an example,using the above research results,it provides production process reengineering scheme of the enterprise based on intelligent manufacturing and using the analytic hierarchy process(ahp)to appraise expected reengineering effect,finally it is proved that the reengineering method adopted in this paper is feasible.
