With the development of the Internet of Things,big data,artificial intelligence and other new generation information technologies,the transformation of traditional manufacturing enterprises to intelligent manufacturing has become an important development trend.Manufacturing workshop is the most important part for manufacturing enterprises,and the formulation and continuous optimization of production processes are particularly important for production efficiency and quality management.In the actual production process of traditional enterprises,there are many defects in the manufacturing process,such as the lack of information collection in the production process,the difficulty in monitoring the real-time status,the instability of the quality of key processes,and the difficulty in accurately tracking manufacturing resources.These problems seriously restrict the manufacturing efficiency and manufacturing capability of enterprises.Therefore,the use of advanced information technology combined with mature lean management theory is the only way for the transformation of intelligent manufacturing.This paper first introduces the concept of intelligent manufacturing technology,expounds the background of intelligent manufacturing technology,introduces what is intelligent manufacturing technology and its characteristics,and the current development situation at home and abroad.Then,taking Company A as the research object,this paper analyzes the problems of the current workshop production line of Company A based on lean production management theory,and provides intelligent manufacturing technology oriented solutions.Company A is a wholly-owned subsidiary of a large manufacturing group enterprise.Its main business is the production of consumer electronic equipment.Due to the short updating cycle of consumer electronic products,most of the equipment in the company’s current workshop is semi-automatic equipment,and human-computer cooperation is the main production mode.The resulting disadvantages are obvious.The production capacity is affected by the number and proficiency of operators,the production quality is unstable and quality problems are difficult to track,the flexible production capacity is poor,and it is difficult to accurately allocate production resources.This paper selects an electronic product testing line in a workshop of Company A as the specific research object.First,on the basis of field investigation and operation measurement,the stopwatch observation and analysis method is used to find that there are problems such as non-standard operation,poor first pass rate,low production line balance rate,and process redundancy.Then,through TOC and other theoretical analysis,we designed digital and automation programs,carried out intelligent transformation of the production line in all aspects,solved the shortcomings in testing technology,improved the balance rate of the production line,and improved the productivity and quality.Finally,the feeding test and evaluation of the modified line body have achieved good results.Finally,this paper made a preliminary plan for the transformation of company A based on intelligent manufacturing.Through total quality management,the process from order receipt to shipment of the factory was digitally transformed.Combined with the automation and intelligence of the manufacturing equipment of the production line,a lean intelligent manufacturing platform was finally formed,and the stage goals were proposed,as well as the future development of the intelligent manufacturing platform.
