Research On Personal Characteristics Which Influence Behavior Safety

Highway construction production safety situation is very serious.In 2005,there are 13 major accidents which causes more than 3 people death each in national highway construction field,killing more than 100 people;In 2006,there are 10 major accidents which causes more than 3 people death each in national highway construction field,killing more than 30 people.In 2009,the tunnel collapse accident in Sanya,Hainan caused 8 people trapped,and Wenzhou city expressway viaduct collapse accident caused 1 death and 8 wounded.In 2011,the collapse accident of the secondary road from Xinping County to Sanjiangkou in Yuxi caused 2 deaths and 2 wounded,and Wuyi mountain villa bridge collapse accident caused 1 death and 22 wounded.All these data indicate that highway construction safety production situation in China is facing a serious challenge.Transportation is an important resource and basic infrastructure which is very important to the economic development of our country.Recent years,the situation of safety production of transportation construction enterprises has been better in our country,but still needs to be paid attention to.Large number of accidents in safety production of transportation construction shows that,the ratio of accidents caused by human unsafe act stays high.However,personal characteristics is an important factor that influences safety production in transportation construction,and according to that,study the influence mechanism between personal characteristics and unsafe act is necessary.It can provide theoretical foundation on reducing unsafe act of transportation construction workers.This article takes road construction projects as example,researching the influence between personal characteristics and unsafe act.This article takes the five dimensions of personal characteristics as exogenous variables,establishes a concept model between personal characteristics and unsafe act,and analyzes the elements and dimension partition of personal characteristics.We pick 12 construction projects in all around our country,and choose 5 working teams in each project and choose 5 workers in each working team to collect data.And then,we use spss 22.0 to do the factor analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis to see whether the test scale is valid and then to do the correlation and regression analysis to confirm the relationship between personal characteristics and unsafe act.Research shows that,conscientiousness and agreeableness characteristic have counteraction to unsafe act,and nervousness characteristic has positive facilitation to unsafe act,while the correlation between extroversion and openness characteristic and unsafe act is not marked.In the end,this article comes up with advices on selection and training of personal characteristics of road construction workers.The selection and training provide new thoughts on prevent unsafe act and has practical significance on safety production of road projects and preventing dangerous accidents.In this paper,through the questionnaire survey and analysis of the different types of work engaged in the work of the security work,the relationship between personality traits and unsafe behavior is analyzed by using the designed personality test scale,which can identify the main factors that affect people's unsafe behavior,Core and secondary personality traits,and on the basis of the analysis of the employer for the corresponding management recommendations and employment system and focus on training methods,has a certain practical significance.
