| At present,China’s coal industry situation is grim,coal mine accidents occur frequently,pays special attention to the coal mine safety in production work is still the top priority.Cause an accident source mainly embodied in the unsafe behavior of people or things not safe state,and the content of unsafe condition is mostly caused by unsafe behavior of people.Therefore,to change people’s unsafe behavior will become the primary task of safety management,as we known that safety awareness is an important part of safety management and the important measures to prevent coal mine accidents.Safety performance evaluation are important indicators in order to strengthen safety awareness.It is extremely urgent to study the relationship between safety awareness,unsafe behavior and organizational safety performance appraisal.First of all,this paper summarized the definition of the concept of safety consciousness,safety performance and safety behavior,and determine the dimensions of the relationship between variables,by reviewing lots of literature,then combing with social cognitive theory,organizational support theory,performance evaluation theory,hierarchy theory and unsafe behavior occurrence mechanism,it established the cross level model of the safety consciousness,safety the performance appraisal and the miners’ unsafe behavior,and put forward the two hypothesis:Hypothesis 1 safety consciousness are negatively related with the miners’ unsafe behavior and hypothesis 2 safety performance evaluation in the safety consciousness and regulating role between miners’ unsafe behavior.Secondly,this paper determined the measurement items of safety consciousness,performance assessment and miners’ unsafe behavior.SPSS software was used to carry out the project analysis,reliability analysis and validity analysis.Then,the formal questionnaire is confirmed.In order to realize the cross level analysis of the model,it is necessary to confirm that the team data can be sublimated into the organization data,the results show that rwgj 0.93 is greater than 0.7 standard,means that the data collected for integrating processing;ICC(1)is 0.231 higher than 0.12 level,ICC(2)is 0.96 more than 0.7 level,and then the data is suitable for hierarchical analysis.Finally,In order to verify the hypothesis,the study finds negative relationship between safety consciousness and the miners’ unsafe behavior,and all aspect of predictions are confirmed;In addition to emergency management,other dimensions are supported in the Safety regulation effect of performance appraisal.That part dimensions in safety awareness and safety performance appraisal of miners’ unsafe behavior between regulating role(negative effects to enhance relationship).On the basis of in-depth analysis and hypothesis verification,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,One is enterprise should enhance the safety awareness of employees,ensure the security of the physiological and psychological health,enhance skills;The second is the enterprise to increase safety propaganda,establishing supervision and accident management mechanism.In order to improve the safety awareness and reduce provides theory basis for coal mine safety accidents in this paper. |
