In recent years, with the acceleration of the industrialization process and the enlargement of the public supervision force, the safety production a:ccidents of coal mining enterprises have been paid much attention. The research shows that the unsafe behavior of the front-line miners is the main cause of the safety accidents of the mining enterprises. In order to reduce the unsafe behavior of miners, mining enterprises to increase safety equipment, monitoring system, engineering technology and other "hardware" in terms of investment. However, the "hardware input" has the effect of diminishing marginal utility, and a large number of production practices show that even if the level of technology and equipment is improved, the safety accidents can not be reduced to a large extent.Psychological factors gradually become a hot research topic due to the impact of environment on unsafe behavior of employees in recent years, research trends and industry academic management experience showed that is closely related to the employee's psychological status, work experience and other factors and behavior, but the research of effect on the psychological resilience of unsafe beha vior is less. This paper first reviews related literatures about resilience, insecurity behavior, safety attitude and safety pressure.Based on social cognition theory, resilience and resilience theory, psychology and behavior theory and cognitive evaluation theory, the research framework is constructed.Secondly,we quantitatively discussed the influence mechanism of miners'psychological resilience on their unsafe behaviors, and conducted in-depth research on the mediatirng role of process safety attitude and the moderating role of safety pressure. It is considrered that resilience not only directly affects miners' unsafe beh, aviors, but also indirectly acts on their unsafe behaviors through mediating etffect of safety attitude, and this prcocess is regulated by safety pressure. After putting forward the relevant hypotheses, based on the questionnaire survey of miners in large coal enterprises in Shaanxi Province,we applied structural equation modeling, stepwise regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis to test the conceptual models. The results show that the miner's psychological resilience has a significant negative influence on the unsafe behavior.Among them, the coping ability of the field has the most significant influence on the unsafe behaviors, and the safety attitude plays a mediating role in the process of psychological resilience affecting unsafe behaviors.Safety pressure plays a regulatory role in the process of unsafe behavior of miners'psychological resilience.
