With the passage of time,our country's modern development faster and faster,with national governance system is increasingly perfect governance capability have been significantly enhanced at the same time,the city in the process of management in strict accordance with the "innovation,coordination,green,open,sharing" concept of development,has made remarkable achievements,won the new connotation,and this also to build intelligent city put forward higher requirements.In order to better build smart city,our government has made unremitting efforts,and in this context,the concept of new smart city has emerged.For Shenzhen,its always walk in the forefront of the reform and opening up,continue to show the fruits of reform and opening up,in our country and in the aspect of building intelligent city,Shenzhen is rushed,engaged in construction and laid a solid foundation.Therefore,Shenzhen has been voted the annual "China top ten wisdom city".At the same time,Shenzhen is also the "most Internet city",its economic strength and level,market environment and innovation atmosphere and so on many aspects has significant advantages,so they build wisdom in Shenzhen city has long been bullish on from the outside,and Shenzhen also has been trying to become a national new wisdom city municipal benchmarking.This article take the literature research,interviews and other research methods,combined with my experience working in Shenzhen by the competent department of information technology,wisdom urban construction at the present stage of Shenzhen generalizes the present situation and results,main show is the implementation of broadband strategy in China,improve the ability of information infrastructure to support;To improve the level of public service and scientific decision-making based on big data;We will strengthen government information sharing and improve the service level of information benefiting people.To build a unified smart city operation and management center and to innovate the new mode of urban operation management;We will make full use of new media means to provide multi-channel and multi-mode convenience services.But there is also the construction of the overall station is not high;Insufficient integration of urban sector;Information system duplication construction,data sharing insufficient;The project management model lacks innovation and so on.Based on the in-depth exploration of the above problems,this paper related fields at home and abroad experts and scholars to construct has carried on the induction summary wisdom city theory research,to the United States,Japan and the European Union and other western developed countries build wisdom city process and characteristics of the comprehensive and in-depth understanding,analysis of the major domestic cities prominent window of the wisdom urban construction,it is concluded that promote wisdom city construction at six successful experience,namely,which is based on information sharing;Give full play to the role of the enterprise;Leading smart city construction with standardization;Focus on emerging smart industries;Take the wisdom management system as the core;In order to improve the security system.At the same time,through the connection with the actual development situation in Shenzhen,the maximum enhancement of the integrated design;Enhance the government's overall management capacity;Promoting information sharing;Optimizing the construction mode;This paper puts forward the concrete countermeasures for the construction of new smart city in Shenzhen.
