At present,the fierce competition in the construction industry,excellent talents is the key to expand the advantages and fill gaps in the competition.How to maximize profits and how to build high-quality projects is the core of the project manager's comprehensive ability.So how to mobilize the enthusiasm of project managers,improve the comprehensive ability of project managers and absorb excellent project managers,we need to establish effective salary incentive mechanism.According to the current situation of project manager salary system WY group and the practical problems to the project manager salary structure is not scientific,the floating salary was small,wages constitute a single,single allowance,promotion mechanism is not perfect,the project manager overall satisfaction is not high.To solve the above problems,this paper from the perspective of human resources,the project manager's salary and performance evaluation organically,in-depth research into the optimization of the project manager,the salary system,the salary and the project manager of the scale,personal ability,project performance reasonable hook,closely linked with the long-term development of enterprises,give full play to the role of incentive compensation and leverage effect.Salary incentive is an eternal topic.We need to constantly update and improve.We need to establish the most consistent salary incentive system according to the actual situation of enterprises,which has an effective guiding significance and promoting role for project management and company development.
