In this paper,the communications equipment industry company FH as the research object,in-depth analysis of its background and development status,according to I engaged in the management of FH company in the communications equipment industry experience and intense competition in China's understanding,combined with the MBA lessons learned,using the analysis tool of the competition strategy management,research and Analysis on the overall company's competitive strategy.The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for the company's next competitive strategy upgrading through the research of FH company's competitive strategy,and provide a reference case for the communication equipment industry's competitive strategy management research.First,the paper summarizes the theoretical research and development status,analysis tools and main structure of the paper.Then the background of FH company and its industry is analyzed.In the research process of the specific company's competitive strategy,the PESTEL analysis method and five force competition model are used to analyze the external macro environment of FH company,and the opportunities and threats facing the current external development of the company are clarified.Secondly,through the resource capacity analysis model,the internal resources of FH company are analyzed and analyzed one by one,and the advantages and disadvantages of the company are also clarified.Then concludes that the external opportunities and threats coexist with the company,and the internal advantages are still more than inferiority,and have a good foundation for the first step in the fierce market competition.Then it puts forward the current competitive strategy of FH company,and analyzes FH company's vision,mission and values.And then the company's current alternative competition strategy is expounded and explained,the company's current strategic choice,and the matching analysis of the competition strategy.Finally,in order to ensure the scientific and effective implementation of the company's overall strategy,specific measures and suggestions.
