With the rapid development of medical science and technology in modern society, medical devices, as a combination of many fields, such as medicine, biology, materials science, electronics and so on, have been developed rapidly. At the same time, with the continuous progress of our society, the development of economy and the per capita living standards continue to improve, the medical service institutions also raise their demands for the quality of medical supplies and medical equipment products and customer service. Medical device industry sales agents are faced with unprecedented opportunities and challenges. How to continue to emerge in the competitive market environment and establish a suitable competitive strategy with their own characteristics to achieve being long-term survival of enterprises, is becoming a priority for every enterprise. And this is also the main purpose and significance of this paper. Kai Fang Medical Equipment Company company, as a newly established medical equipment sales agent company, although has already had cooperative relations with the number of medical institutions in the Dalian area and established the company's resources and sales channels, but also inevitably face some bottleneck problems during the development of the enterprise. In this paper, through the analysis of the logic and method of system strategy, this paper is going to select a suitable competitive strategy for Kai Fang Medical Equipment Company, solve the root problems existing in the long-term development of the company, and consolidate the company's market share in the market.In this paper, based on the competition strategic management, Potter Porter Model and environment related theory, we set Kai Fang Medical Equipment Company as the research object, analyze to the competition environment of domestic, foreign medical device industry, orthopedics industry, and the internal environment of enterprise. Then using SWOT analysis tools to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of company and estimate the opportunities and threats, trying to figure out the resources and core competitiveness of Kai Fang company. To solve the existing problems in the company, this paper gives some suggestion to select and implement the competitive strategy; built on the basic theory of enterprise competition strategy, this paper also recommends the specific implementation of the competition strategy of Kai Fang company. This study could be served as guides for the future competition of Kai Fang Medical Equipment Company.
