Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Tourism Development In Pengzhou

According to the People's Republic of China National Bureau of statistics released in 2017 2016 statistical bulletin of China's national economic and social development,in the "13th Five-Year" at the beginning of the year,China's GDP reached 744127 yuan,an increase of 6.7% compared to 2015,the per capita GDP of 53980 yuan,up 6.1% over the previous year,the annual gross national income 742352 yuan growth of 6.9% over the previous year.With the continuous growth of our national economy,the rural tourism in our country has also developed rapidly.In 2016,China's leisure agriculture and rural tourism received nearly 2 billion 100 million visitors,the operating income of more than 570 billion yuan,led 6 million 720 thousand farmers income.With the development of rural tourism in the whole country,the development of rural tourism in Pengzhou actively uses its own resources to develop the rural tourism.In 2015,the total income of rural tourism in the city was 1 billion 358 million yuan,accounting for 83.8% of the total income of tourism;rural tourism received 5 million 620 thousand passengers,accounting for 90.64% of the total number of tourists;farmers' tourism revenue accounted for 32.86% of the total income.With the rapid development of rural tourism in Pengzhou,there are also bottlenecks in the development of local economic returns.This study uses literature research method and comparative analysis method,and visits the actual situation,and adopts the combination of theory and practice.On the development of rural tourism in Pengzhou the basic situation,development condition and development process are analyzed,and then according to the current situation,analysis of the main problems in the development of rural tourism,and puts forward effective strategies to solve the problems,so as to achieve the purpose of the study.The investigation found that in the Pengzhou city rural tourism rapid development at the same time,is also facing the tourism infrastructure is not perfect,can not meet the needs of high-end customers;the quality of staff is not high,the overall service level is low;tourism products is not obvious,customers often travel in the low level;the lack of talents of tourism management.It is difficult to improve the level of rural tourism;tourism promotion promotion form a single,poor effect;rural environment destruction,rural tourism can be difficult to go the road of sustainable development and other issues.The causes of these problems are attributed to the lack of awareness of the development of rural tourism in Pengzhou,the limitation of the scale of operation and the unequal interests of all parties.To this end,this paper puts forward the following countermeasures,including: to build rural tourism cultural brand,improve the comprehensive quality of staff,strengthen the tourism infrastructure construction,actively introduce outstanding tourism management talents,strengthen environmental protection and increase the variety of propaganda,to promote the further development of rural tourism in Pengzhou city.
