Study On Poverty Alleviation And Development Of Tourism In Pengzhou

2016 is the first year for Pengzhou City to carry out the third round and the second batch of the poverty alleviation work.It applies for some platforms,like the tourism sectors of Sichuan Province and Chengdu City,to attract a large scale of tourism investment.At the same time,it signed the agreement of constructing beautiful countryside with Chinese poverty alleviation fund,and carried out strategic cooperation in the aspect of characteristic small town,venue construction,beautiful countryside,intangible cultural heritage,culture and creative industries,so as to carry out a comprehensive tourism poverty alleviation work.Pengzhou has successfully established Sichuan's rural tourism products,6 featured commercial outlets and 5star-rated agritainment.In 2016,there are 10 million 900 thousand tourists visit Pengzhou,with an increase of 75%;tourism revenue is 3 billion 20 million yuan,with an increase of 86%.In 2016,Pengzhou city was named a county with great strength as a tourism destination in Sichuan rural tourism;Baoshan tourism scenic spots was named the demonstration area of the ecological tourism in Sichuan Province;Ge Xianshan town was named Special Rural Tourism Town in Sichuan Province;Baoshan Village was named Chinese rural tourism model village,and Sichuan Rural Tourism boutique village;Jinlong Holiday Inn was named Chinese village tourism model households.In the critical period of developing Pengzhou's tourism poverty alleviation work,it should make a comprehensive understanding on its current development situation and provide suggestions for its future development.This paper adopts literature research method,case analysis method and field survey method to study,and under the guidance of the theory of sustainable development and green development,it researches the current tourism development situation and problems in Pengzhou City,to help Pengzhou City to achieve better achievement in the future tourism poverty alleviation work.At present,there are four aspects of problems in Pengzhou tourism poverty alleviation work,including government issues,corporate issues,personnel issues and the masses problems;to be specific,it includes government lacking ofecological protection awareness and tourism publicity;enterprises lacking of funds and talent investment;the relative staffs' with low professional ability and weak self-development awareness;the masses with insufficient initiative to participate tourism development poverty alleviation work and poor comprehensive quality and so on.In view of the problems existing in the poverty alleviation of tourism in Pengzhou,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from the aspect of government,enterprises,employees and the masses.To be more specific,the countermeasures are increasing the government's ecological protection awareness and enhancing propaganda of tourism poverty alleviation development;increasing enterprises' capital and talent investment;improving staffs' professional abilities and their self-development consciousness;improving the masses' initiative to develop tourism poverty alleviation and their comprehensive quality,etc.The purpose of this research it is hoping to provide reference for the future development of tourism poverty alleviation in Pengzhou.
