Study On The Industry Selection And Spatial Layout Of The Helingeer New Area

Under the background of the “One Belt,One Road” important national strategic policy,Inner Mongolia and Linger New District,as important nodes of Russia's trans-Eurasian channel construction and Mongolia's “Prairie Road” initiative,enjoy many development preferential policies and A good industrial base has formed a cluster of advantageous industries such as green food,big data,cloud computing,energy,and photovoltaics.After more than ten years of development,the Linger New District has objectively become the basic condition for becoming a national new district.As a new district in the west,and the Linger New District has its own advantages in balancing the strategic layout and policy of the national space.In order to achieve better development in the next phase of the new district,play a greater regional driving effect,promote the implementation of new urbanization and poverty alleviation in the west,and the application of the national new district in Linger New District is currently under review.For the Linger New District,indepth study of the basic characteristics of the national new district and its new requirements for the development of the new district is the key to clarifying its own development goals.Although the functions of the current national new district are comprehensive functional areas,most scholars believe that the core of their construction and development is still to cultivate new economic growth poles.Therefore,this paper believes that the new district can form a situation of advanced industrial agglomeration,which is largely determined.Whether its construction can be successful,this paper mainly selects the industrial development perspective for key research,covering the two major parts of industry selection and industrial space layout.In the existing research and practice of new district industries,most of them follow the generalization method of regional industry selection and spatial layout,or select specific research methods and index systems for a specific type of industrial park,which are not applicable to the industrial selection under the guidance of national new districts.At the same time,it is not enough to pay attention to the role of regional characteristics of different regions in the development of the industry,which makes the convergence of industrial selection in the new districts nationwide serious.Therefore,this paper starts from the goal orientation of the national new district to construct a set of targeted and operational new district industry selection and industrial space layout methods,and enrich and refine the research of the new district industry.This paper constructs a new selection method for the new district under the guidance of the national new district.In the quantitative analysis model,the appropriate index system is re-selected according to the new guiding principles and the benchmark system,and the principal component analysis method is used for evaluation.Industry selection conclusion;part of the industrial space layout,macroscopically,combing the “growth pole”,“point axis” and “networking” spatial layout mode corresponding to the five major industrial development stages,and summarizing the top ten different types of industries such as advanced manufacturing.Spatial layout features,microscopically,proposed the industrial unit spatial layout mode of the four new districts of “circle layout”,“axle layout”,“lateral layout” and “satellite layout”.On the basis of this theory,the industrial development stages of Hohhot and Linger New Areas were identified,the industries involved were screened,and the eight leading industrial systems and their upgrading development strategies were determined.Then,based on the research on the evolution of industrial space.Refining the evolution of its industrial space,the status quo and its gap with the target,and then choosing the appropriate industrial space layout model to optimize its own industry's own layout,the last one from the macro level: establish four overall planning strategies,2 Aspect: Optimize the industrial space organization of the “one ring,two axes,four groups,and multi-pole cores” in the core area,and the micro level: carry out the optimization of the overall layout relationship of the industrial space in three levels of key industry projects.
