Research On The Development Of Planting Industry In Xinxing County And Its Countermeasure

Agriculture is the basic industry of our national economy,and planting is the important foundation of agriculture.China's planting industry is now changing from the traditional planting industry to the modern planting industry.It becomes a major work for us to optimize the development mode of the planting industry and realize the modernization of the planting industry.Taking Xinxing County,Yunfu city of Guangdong province as an example,the present situation of the development of the planting industry in the county was investigated based on natural resource conditions,social and economic conditions and analyzed according to the theories of sustainable development,the comparative advantage using the comparative advantage analysis and SWOT analysis.Countermeasures and suggestions for sustainable development of the county's planting industry were also put forward in the present dissertation.The research results can provide ideas for Xinxing County to optimize the structure of planting industry and improve the mechanization,industrialization,scale and production efficiency,in order to ensure the safety of grain,promote the high efficiency and sustainable development of the planting industry and the sustainable ecological development in the region.The main results of the dissertation are as follows:(1)The natural resource conditions and social and economic conditions for the development of planting industry in Xinxing County have been analyzed.The results show that the basic conditions are good,and there are some regional advantages.Superior geographical and climatic conditions,convenient transportation,agricultural material conditions and agricultural information conditions,economic location advantages,agricultural human resources provide favorable conditions for the development of the planting industry in the County.(2)The development process and structure of planting industry were basically analyzed according to the related data about the development of grain crops,vegetables,fruits and tea in Xinxing County in recent years.The development of planting industry is mainly based on food crops and multiple regional economic crops.Although the planting industry has made great progress in recent years,there are still some problems,such as relatively simple in structure,backward technology and low commodity rate,and less contribution to the local economy.The agriculture needs more faster development,because the proportion of agricultural output value to GDP is around 10% and it is becoming downward.The grain crop has been the leading industry.In recent years,the planting area becomes stable and the yield is rising.The dominant position of the oil crops in the economic crops is more obvious and the area and yield of which are increasing.The characteristic planting industry such as vegetable and tea develop rapidly and become dominant industries gradually.(3)The comparative advantage method was adopted to analyze the comparative advantage of planting industry in Xinxing County and to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and challenges.It is considered that the advantages and opportunities should be utilized,and the short board should be complemented,and should pay attention to the threats.With grain crops as the leading and basic industries,supplemented by vegetables,oil crops,organic tea and other planting industries,on the basis of optimizing the structure of planting industry,it is important to create the modern agriculture demonstration park,actively develop the ecological recycling industry.communities in positive ecological cycle of the development,persist firmly in the strategy of sustainable development and it will promote the ecological and benign development of planting industry in Xinxing county.(4)The countermeasures of sustainable and efficient development about planting industry in Xinxing County have been put forward.First,the government should try to optimize of the structure and market of planting industry.Second,the industrialization of the planting industry it should be promoted in order to expand the management benefit.Third,producing green healthy agricultural products in order to improve the effects of the brand of agricultural products.Fourth,constructing the service system of agricultural science and technology that can strengthen the internal driving force in favor of the planting industry development.Fifth,we should persist firmly in the strategy of sustainable development and promote the construction of eco-agriculture.
