Study On Work-related Injury Insurance In Stainless Steel Industry Of Xinxing County From The Perspective Of Active Welfare

As an important insurance of the social security system in China,work-related injury insurance has great influence in social and economic development and other aspects,which causes widespread concern in society and protects workers after they suffered accidents at work or occupational disease effectively and ensure that workers receive timely compensation,It is also conducive to treatment and rehabilitation of injured workers and has become an important system to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers.As China's industrialization and modernization development,work-related injuries become an unavoidable issue.Currently,work-related accidents continue to emerge,workers' compensation disputes are increasing.In addition to the issue of wage arrears,the problem of work-related injury has become a prominent problem in the labor market,if not improve the work injury insurance system as soon as possible,increase the protection of the legitimate rights and interests of workers,will endanger the sustainable development of labor resources and social harmony and stability.This paper analyzes the existing problems of work-related injury insurance by analyzing stainless steel industry in Xinxing county,which has a high incidence of work-related accidents,from the perspective of active welfare,by using the methods of literature research,interview and questionnaires.The main problems are as follows: low participation rate of migrant workers,complicated application procedures for industrial injury treatment,enterprises are not insured for the workers in full,work injury prevention and work-related rehabilitation work lag,etc.The main reasons are as follows: the government lacks the concept of positive welfare,the low level of legislation,the binding force is not strong,the system design is unreasonable,the implementation of government public functions is not in place,the self-interest motivation of the enterprise,workers' awareness of rights is weak,etc.The paper put forward the positive welfare concept,perfect relevant laws and regulations,improve the public function of the government,strengthen the construction of supporting system of specific measures for improvement and adjustment,so as to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of both parties and maintain social harmony and stability.
