The competition of financial industry is becoming fiercer and fiercer.The position of the bank in the financial market has gradually changed from Party A which is strong to Party B which is weak.It is difficult to survive in the industry for banks that adopt extensive management.Providing customers with high-quality services,improving business management efficiency,identifying business risks quickly and mining potential customers have become the key for commercial banks to succeed in competition.The Fine Management for Commercial Banks is becoming more and more important.The A bank is a secondary branch of the Postal Savings Bank of China.It is also the business department of the provincial branch.It has only two branches in total,and its business development has attracted the attention of the whole province.Bank A has been the model unit for business development many times in the whole province in previous years,but this year,the decline in its business has been severe,and its business ranking has fallen to the bottom in the province.With the aggravation of financial competition,the expansion of the bank scale,the accumulation of management risk,the promotion of customer's pursuit of service quality,how to improve customer relationship,how to improve service attitude,and how to enhance service efficiency are the core issues which are related to the survival and development of Bank A.In this paper,the author studies the present situation and problems of the existing management system of the A bank credit business by taking the credit business of the A bank as the research object and combining the knowledge learned by himself.The author adopts various research methods,such as literature analysis,comparative induction,case analysis,questionnaire investigation and graphic analysis.He collects,screens and sorts out the relevant data of Bank A in an all-round way.He draws lessons from the successful experience of domestic and foreign banks in the fine management of credit business,combines with the current situation of bank A's credit business management,applies management,institutional economics,production and operation management,the lean thought and related theories of bank credit business management,discusses the feasible way to realize the fine management from each angle of A bank credit business.He carefully designs questionnaires to the employee representatives and customers of Bank A,analyzes the results of the questionnaires,and found out the problems in the management of bank A's credit business.This paper introduces the idea of fine management of commercial banks,and puts forward the improvement countermeasures in the following aspects: management concept,credit personnel allocation,credit business assessment mechanism,information transmission mechanism,credit business process,pre-loan investigation,examination and approval,After loan management,customer management,etc.This paper removes the tedious and useless links in management,and provides useful reference for the management of other commercial banks.This thesis consists of seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,and it describes the research background,the research significance,research methods and thesis framework.The second chapter is the commercial bank fine management summary.The third chapter is the analysis of the A bank's management mode and the A bank is a city branch of Postal Savings Bank of China.This chapter first briefly describes the basic situation of Post Savings Bank of China and the A bank,and then sums up the credit management problems of the A bank through the form of questionnaire survey.Chapter 4th is a study of the overall thinking of Bank A's fine management of credit.In view of the problems of Bank A,the author analyzes the necessity and feasibility of implementing refined management,and studies the overall requirements and objectives of Bank A's fine management.Chapter 5th is the strategic analysis of the A bank's fine management of credit business,that is,the specific strategy of the A bank's fine management,which is the core content of this paper.Chapter 6th is guarantee measures of the A bank's fine management of credit business,which ensure the smooth progress of the A bank's fine management of credit business.Chapter 7th is the conclusion and prospect.The innovation of this paper is outstanding.Combining with the concrete example of the A bank's fine management of credit business,the author carries out meticulous management analysis and puts forward a comprehensive fine management scheme.In the past,the research of fine management in banks mainly focused on network transformation,human resource management,risk control and so on,rarely involved in specific business aspects.This paper mainly studies the credit business of the A bank,which has strong pertinence and has a direct impact on business development.
