The meticulous management of commercial banks is the extension and application of meticulous enterprise management behaviors,and it is both a concept formed in the development of modern commercial bank management science and an inevitable outcome of the management theory evolution under the promotion of contemporary market economy.Meticulous management is of important practical significance for commercial banks to overcome the extensive mode of operation and management,improve their operational efficiency and promote their competitiveness so as to maximize their benefits.In recent years,as China's macro regulation and control has been steadily intensifying,which brings forward even higher requirements for the liquidity management and profit level from local legal bodies,financial interbank market business plays a pivotal role in the development of rural commercial banks as a node for adjusting the structure and liquidity of assets and liabilities.Therefore,how to “make good and flexible use of” bank funds and strengthen the meticulous management of financial interbank market business so as to promote the profit level becomes an important goal for the development of rural commercial banks.It is under such a background that this dissertation firstly summarizes and analyzes both the problems faced by the author in her bank work of financial interbank market business management and the countermeasures and solutions adopted;then starting from the current situation of the financial interbank market business management in rural commercial banks,taking L Commercial Bank as an example and following the research guideline of “analyzing the status quo—discovering problems—putting forward solutions and measures”,analyzes the current situation of L Rural Commercial Bank's financial market business management by adopting the method of combined qualitative and quantitative analysis and taking the relevant theories of meticulous management as theoretical foundation so as to find out the problems in it;and finally provides an important theoretical guidance for constructing the meticulous management system of L Rural Commercial Bank's financial interbank market business.The research content of this dissertation mainly consists of the following three aspects: a.The concept and origin of meticulous management are reviewed,the concept and connotation of financial interbank market business are expounded,so as to provide theoretical support for the research of the meticulous management of banking financial interbank market business by combing and reviewing the relevant theories about meticulous management;b.The meticulous management survey and the management status quo of L Rural Commercial Bank's financial interbank market business are analyzed in detail,with meticulous management theory as theoretical guidance,the implementation approaches and relavant measures for constructing the meticulous management system of L Rural Commercial Bank's financial market business management are formulated;and c.By studying the construction of the meticulous management system of L Rural Commercial Bank's financial interbank market business,the banking management philosophy of L Rural Commercial Bank can be constantly updated,its operation mode of financial interbank market business can be optimized,its operation level of financial interbank market business can be promoted.Through the combing and review of relevant theories,some theoretical enlightenments for meticulous management research are summarized and the implementation approaches and measures for constructing the meticulous management system of financial interbank market are put forward,which supplement to a certain extent the deficiency of current banking meticulous management theories in their application theory about specific bank business management and therefore have a certain positive effect on the research of meticulous bank management theory.Currently the domestic researches on the meticulous management of financial institutions are mainly directed at large state-owned shareholding banks or large commercial banks with few researches on the meticulous management of regional commercial banks.Through a targeted study of the meticulous management system construction of the typical L Rural Commercial Bank's financial interbank market business,this dissertation is aimed at promoting rural commercial banks to renew their management philosophy and optimizing their operation mode of financial interbank market business.Meanwhile,the study not only points out the direction of financial interbank market business development for other small and medium-sized commercial banks,but also provides the reference basis for the relevant banking regulatory authorities to make policies,and thus is of great practical significance.
