Real estate development enterprises is an important participant in the real estate industry.Its own benign development of the entire real estate industry plays a decisive role.Profitability is an important reference to measure business performance.According to the analysis of profitability,the enterprise manager explores the problems in the operation process and proposes measures for improvement.In recent years,Wuhan has accelerated its goal of becoming a national central city and has continued to promote the integration of Wuhan urban agglomeration.The real estate industry has been rapid development in the period of major demolition and construction.But exorbitant housing prices inhibit the rigid demand of ordinary workers and increase the economic pressure for the purpose of living.Due to the high cost of land and land reserves,the real estate enterprises must be transferred to suburban area of Wuhan and find the source of profits in the subsequent savings land.This paper has five chapters: Introduction,Overview of profitability analysis theory,An overview of the real estate industry and analysis of real estate housing marke in far city of Wuhan,Profitability analysis of "XF" Real Estate Company,Summary and prospect.Firstly,this article analyzes the relevant theories of profitability and studies profitability indicators and profitability analysis methods.Secondly,it analyzes the general situation of China's real estate industry and draws the advantages and disadvantages of the real estate market in suburban area of Wuhan.Finally,based on the specific case of "XF" real estate development company,this paper analyzes the relevant factors that affect the profitability of enterprises,puts forward some suggestions to improve the profitability,explores the development direction of enterprises under the current policy conditions and the profit model and seeks the long-term profit source.Improve the enterprise's asset structure and enhance the business ability and promote the healthy,steady and continuous development of the real estate development industry so as to achieve a win-win situation betweenenterprises and consumers.The dissertation's research perspective is relatively new and the research results are more innovative.
