Research On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Purchasing Management Of YFLX In Economic Environment

Many companies are suffered from severe competition and shrinking profit. However, with the development of global economy, global sourcing strategy is widely accepted and implemented. Obviously, the advantage of global sourcing is that it can improve the profit level by utilize low labor cost in the developing countries, it also can increase the core competency of company by improve the process, management and decreasing the purchasing cost. The new challenge of company is not only facing to the other competitors but facing to the whole supply chain in this new century. How to well manage the purchase behavior in order to reduce the cost is far beyond what it looks like.The author has diagnosed and analyzed company A by theoretical knowledge learned in MBA course in combined with working experience, has provided useful exploration for the supply chain optimization of cosmetic industry.Firstly, the paper makes research on the theory of sourcing management, then systematically analyzes the problems found during the procedure through its purchasing strategy, supply management and process, for example, lack of product effective sorts, low level on the quality control, inefficiency in the supply evaluation and motivation, inefficient on the purchasing process. At last, the author puts forward to some targeted solutions, for example, material sorts tactic, systematic management of suppliers, purchasing model, these make lower the cost, quality control, purchasing process optimization possible, and also increasing the core competency of the company.
