In the era of knowledge economy,the competitive power of company is based on the comprehensive quality of talents,especially for those companies that rely on special talents.The business salesman is always the most active part of the company and the ultimate realization of the profit of the company.The marketing ability of a sales team has a direct impact on the market competitiveness of an company,especially for an export-oriented company with foreign trade business.The company discussed in this paper is a foreign trade export type private enterprise-HT company,as a listed foreign trade export private company.At present,the main incentive mode is still the material incentive based on salary incentive.There are many problems in its incentive mode.For a long time,because of the particularity of foreign trade sales,the management and incentive of foreign trade salesman has been a difficult problem in the development of HT Company.This paper firstly collects and summarizes the relevant data and data of HT Company,introduces the company briefly,expounds the incentive mechanism of sales team,and analyzes the problems existing in the current incentive mechanism system of HT Company,Specific include: The company's salary structure cannot meet the needs of the company's development and business personnel,the performance appraisal is out of touch with the performance salary,the lack of long-term incentive leads to the loss of excellent business personnel,the pay structure attaches too much importance to the monetary compensation,and lacks the development strategy of the business personnel,etc.According to these questions,In the fourth part of this paper,the method of data analysis and operation is adopted to screen the key data,and through the analysis of the data results,the most motivating ways for the salespeople of the company are obtained,and the most important incentive factors are summarized and screened.Abstract three key incentive factors that affect team motivation: employee compensation,promotion channel and personal comprehensive quality.On the basis of screening out the key incentive factors,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions according to different problems,which is beneficial to the sales team of HT Company to improve the salary incentive system and retain the outstanding business personnel.And provide corporate benefits as much as possible for the company.The methods and measures proposed in this study to optimize the team incentive system of HT Company have positive significance to enrich the theory of team management and human resource management of Chinese enterprises,and this research can also enrich the research of team incentive theory.Guide the relevant types of export enterprises team incentive practice to provide certain reference value.
