Research On The Corporate Culture Construction Of F Group HZ Industrial Park

With the development of the economic globalization strategy and the recovery of the world economic situation.corporate culture has become increasingly important in the increasingly fierce corporate competition.Corporate culture provides enterprises with a unique core competitiveness.On October 25,2014,SD Province and F Science and Technology Group held a signing ceremony of a cooperation project in JN City,formally confirming the construction of F Group HZ Technology Industry Park Project.As an important base for the planning and development of Group F,HZ Plant adheres to the concept of park construction of "environmental protection,energy conservation,ecology,civilization and science and technology" and aims at building a high-tech industrial park with multi-industry clustering effect.However,F Group HZ Technology Industry Park was formally put into operation for a short period of time,It mainly follows the rough management style of F Group,and still maintains the style of discipline first and execution first in terms of work style by local Confucianism in HZ City Humanities,local culture and there are some conflicts.On the basis of reviewing the relevant literature,this article analyzes the development history of F Group HZ Technology Industry Park,designs a questionnaire to investigate the employees of F Group HZ Technology Industry Park,and analyzes the problems in diagnosis.SPSS was used for reliability and validity testing.Factor analysis was used to analyze the key factors of F Group HZ Technology Industry Park's cultural construction.Further in-depth visits to the F Group HZ Technology Industry Park corporate culture were conducted and interviews were conducted with the senior and middle managers to verify the problem.Delineate a framework for rational and effective improvement.The construction plan was formulated at the four levels of spirit,system,behavior and material,and the safeguard measures for the corporate culture construction of F Group HZ Technology Industry Park were proposed.
