With the development of China’s economy into a new normal situation,quality,efficiency and innovation have been paid more and more attention to and paid more attention to by all social parties,and have become the basic elements for enterprises to gain competitive advantage in the market.In order to win customers and markets,gain competitive advantages and increase profits,many enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.Lean Six Sigma is an effective integration from lean production and six sigma theory.It is an advanced management mode that absorbs the advantages of two models.The essence is to eliminate waste and reduce process variation.It can help enterprises to improve efficiency,promote innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.But how to establish a set of continuous improvement management mode suitable for this enterprise is a difficult problem and urgent need for many enterprises.This paper first summarizes the origin and theory of lean production and six sigma,compares the advantages and disadvantages of the two,and analyses the necessity and significance of the two integration.Secondly,taking the leading enterprises of the domestic engineering and electrical industry DAQO company as an example,analyzes the problems that the company faces before introducing Lean Six Sigma,the management basis and the roblems that exist after the implementation of Six Sigma.Then it studies the application of Lean Six Sigma in the operation and management of DAQO company,summarizes and puts forward the structure and main components of DAQO company’s Lean Six Sigma operation management model from the value orientation,and gives the management method,project implementation process and system evaluation method to support the persistent run of the pattern from the system level.In the project implementation layer,according to the DMAIC-L flow framework of lean and six sigma,this paper makes a follow-up study on the"domestic process development of double sided C copper row" in the black belt project of DAQO company,and gives the concrete improvement methods.From the whole to the part,the application of Lean Six Sigma in operation management is systematically studied.Through the analysis and Research on the combination of operation management model layer and specific project implementation layer,it provides a complete reference model for the implementation of Lean Six Sigma operation management for similar enterprises,and hopes to guide domestic enterprises to achieve better operation management. |
