Printing and packaging enterprises in our country is in the raising of the foot lightweight,print quality is related to the survival and development of printing and packaging enterprises. For a long time, countless printing for print quality, and reduce the cost of printing and packaging enterprises. To find and use of advanced quality management theory and methods to improve product quality, improve the quality of the work process, to reduce the enterprise cost and management cost has become a direction of the printing and packaging enterprises in the continuous efforts. Lean six sigma quality management system not only has a complete quality management theory, but also has perfect quality management tools, lean six sigma quality management of enterprise, through the continuous improvement and the improvement of business processes, can fundamentally eliminate the root causes of defects, so as to improve the quality of product quality, reduce costs and meet customer requirements.As a kind of advanced quality management system, the combination of Six Sigma and project management is not mature, and the application of its management concept in the Chinese mainland enterprises is still in the primary stage.In the first chapter of this paper to explore the subject of the actual background, purpose,significance and relevant content and methods. In the second chapter is among around LSS theory describes the overall content, including the development of quality management reviewed,Lean Production(LP) Review of management theory, Six Sigma(6σ,Six Sigma) quality management theory summary and Lean Six Sigma(LSS) Review of quality management theory.The third chapter of the current situation and problems of quality management of the company Y to do the analysis to explain the necessity and feasibility of the company Y LSS quality management. The fourth chapter is the key part of this paper, is based on the company Y LSS quality management model,This section with two case of lean six sigma quickly improve import,by importing the quick improve case a process scrap rate from 0.24% to 0.09%, OQC inspection defective rate from 0.11% to 0.06%;Rapidly improve the quality of case 2 direct saving cost140056 yuan/month.Lean six sigma in company Y specific project selection is the improvement of bilateral Y1 M products bad, through the project definition(D), data statistics(M), data analysis(A), corrective action(I) plan to continue to improve(C), the entire implementation process Y1 M bilateral bad products accounted for from 21.76% to 2.54%;The whole process of the finished product defective rate declines from 0.89% to 0.39%, rises the sigma level from 3.8to 4.86, the initial data the fact proves that lean six sigma quality management model is suitablefor Y company’s quality management. The last chapter on conclusions and prospects of the study are summarized. The author on the basis of theoretical analysis related to use of the system in the implementation of Lean Six Sigma quality management among the Y projects supporting discussion to further clarify the DMAIC method in actual project among the specific application and procedures. We look forward to providing relevant domestic printing and packaging enterprises in the actual implementation process of such management to play a certain reference value.
