Research On E-commerce Product Quality Security Management Based On Evolutionary Game

In view of the quality and security problems of e-commerce products,this paper explores a new sampling model for e-commerce products,constructs an e-commerce platform and seller's evolutionary game model under government participation,obtains the government's punishment conditions for e-commerce platforms and sellers,and proposed e-commerce product management and control recommendations to Hangzhou National E-commerce Product Quality Monitoring and Disposal Center.Through the analysis of national smart toilet sampling data in2016 and 2017,the validity of the simulation results was confirmed,the main research work of this article is as follows.(1)Research on e-commerce product quality safety inspection modelThe quality and safety of e-commerce products are defined,and the differences between e-commerce product sampling mode and traditional product sampling mode are analyzed.Based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),a sampling inspection model of e-commerce products was constructed,and various methods were used to calculate the index weights.Taking the smart toilet cover as an example for empirical analysis,the validity of the model is verified.(2)Construction and simulation analysis of e-commerce platform and seller's evolutionary game modelBased on the current status of e-commerce product quality and safety,a game model was established for the government's participation in the quality control and management strategies of the platform and the seller,and various simulations were performed using Vensim PLE computer simulation software,the conditions for the government's punishment of the platform and the punishment for the seller should be met.Through simulation research,it has been found that it is difficult for any party in the quality and safety management of e-commerce productsto be completed independently and requires the joint supervision of the government,platform and seller.(3)Case study-taking the smart toilet case as an exampleThrough the comparison of the smart toilet seat inspection data in 2016 and2017,it was concluded that the rate of unqualified smart toilet seats fell by 22.5% in2017,and the failure rate of other types of sampling inspection projects was lower than 2016,which verified the validity of simulation analysis results.
