Abstract/Summary:
In recent years, the rapid development of the e-commerce industry has facilitated the purchase of goods by more online shopping consumers, which has greatly boosted the development of the express service industry.According to relevant data,China’s annual express delivery business volume has ranked first in the world for five consecutive years.Such a large amount of express delivery business will inevitably require a large amount of express packaging. At this stage, the increasing number of express packaging materials are not fully degraded and recycled and then converted into packaging garbage, which brings about serious social and environmental problems. The issue of express packaging garbage has aroused the concern of all walks of life.In this context, the state has officially proposed the green development concept of green packaging for express delivery. In order to promote the greening of e-commerce express packaging, the government and some enterprises have taken measures such as the relevant guidance and standards issued by the government, and some e-commerce express enterprises and self-built logistics systems of e-commerce companies launched express packaging recycling activities and recycling Boxes, etc.,although these measures have achieved certain results, due to policy, cost, technology and other factors, the green packaging of express delivery has not progressed smoothly.Green packaging for express delivery is a systematic project involving a large number of participants, and there are conflicts of interest between the participants, which will hinder the green development of the express packaging industry. Therefore,it is necessary to explore the interest-game relationship among the participants in the green packaging of express delivery, identify the key factors affecting the behavior of the subject, and then guide and coordinate the decision-making behavior of the participating entities, and provide strategic suggestions for the government to formulate policies and make decisions for related enterprises.Practical significance.Based on the above background, the main research contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly, through the literature review and related statistical data to analyze the existing problems of green packaging of express delivery,it is concluded that the main reason for the slow development of green packaging for express delivery is concentrated in the production stage and recycling stage of express packaging. That is,packaging materials are not environmentally friendly, have low recycling awareness and lack ofincentive policy guidance.Secondly,in view of the environmental protection problem of packaging materials, combined with the relevant theoretical basis, this paper constructs the evolutionary game model of the government and e-commerce express packaging suppliers, and identifies the factors affecting the decision-making behavior of both parties based on the model analysis results and numerical simulation, and then explore how e-commerce express packaging can be greened in the production stage, and put forward effective strategies and suggestions for the government to formulate relevant guiding policies.Thirdly, for the problem of express packaging recovery, combined with the relevant theoretical basis, this paper constructs a game model between e-commerce express delivery enterprises and consumers under the two modes of market regulation and government regulation, and discusses how express packaging can achieve green in the recycling stage, and compares and analyzes the evolution paths of the two modes. The government’s regulation effect on the green development of express packaging is discussed. Finally, according to the analysis results of two kinds of game models, the strategies and suggestions for promoting the green development of China’s express packaging are put forward from the perspectives of government, core enterprises and consumers, which provides a theoretical basis for decision-making of green packaging participants in express packaging.Through the above analysis, the main research results of this paper are as follows.Firstly,In the game process between the e-commerce express package supplier and the government, the incremental cost and incremental income of the express packaging manufacturer producing green packaging, the government supply of e-commerce express packaging The cost and social benefits of commercial conduct supervision, the government subsidies and fines given to e-commerce express packaging suppliers are the key factors affecting the decision-making of both parties. In different situations, the government should improve electricity by setting reasonable subsidies and punishment mechanisms. The enthusiasm of the commercial express packaging suppliers to produce green packaging. At the same time,Through the game analysis of the e-commerce express delivery enterprise and consumers through the market regulation,it is concluded that the initial proportion of e-commerce express delivery enterprises and consumers related to green packaging decision of express delivery and the benefits and costs of both parties in selecting different strategies are affected. An important factor in the evolutionary game outcome. Finally,By analyzing the game behaviors of consumers and e-commerce express delivery companies under the two modes of market regulationand government regulation,it is concluded that the introduction of the government’s reward and punishment measures for the express packaging industry under the same initial conditions can make both sides of the game Support the evolution of the steady state of express packaging green, and then promote the green development of express packaging industry. However,it’s not that the bigger the subsidies and penalties, the better. The subsidies and penalties should be controlled within a certain range to exert the maximum incentive and restraint.
