Study Of Engineering Projects Cost Control Based On Supply Chain Management

With the continuous development of the global economy in recent years,China has become increasingly weaker as a world factory.The rising cost of labor and the continuous appreciation of the RMB have brought tremendous competitive pressures on enterprises.Therefore,how to control costs becomes a necessary issue of enterprises.Especially in the industrial manufacturing industry,the material cost of the product accounts for almost 40%-50% of the entire product price,so controlling the purchase cost is very important for lowering the price.The project management bases on the supply chain environment aims to integrate the internal situation with external resources and achieve the goal of "win-win" by using the supply chain as a link,so as to reduce the cost of operation and procurement and increase the competition among enterprises strength and profit level.This paper firstly discusses the theoretical basis of purchasing cost management and cost management in supply chain environment,analyzes the composition and influencing factors of purchasing cost,expounds the advantages and disadvantages of traditional cost control.Finally,by analyzing the status quo of project-oriented engineering company S,procurement issues in the project management process,engineering project cost procurement management strategy,and make a summary and outlook.
