Research On The Operation Mode Of Electronic Bidding Platform For Engineering Projects

This paper,which combined theoretical analysis with bidding practice,introduced the mature conditions of electronic bidding platform for engineering projects,and the advantages,difficulties as well as countermeasures of the platform.On the basis of comparative analysis for the old and the new model,the paper put forward some suggestions on the application mode and building architecture of the project electronic bidding platform’s construction and operation.In addition,the paper introduces three years of EF company electronic bidding platform’s operating practice in details,and it verified the expected effect of electronic bidding platform.
