With the progress of market economic system reform,the distribution of resource arise significant changes.The third industry is having more and more shares of weighting,is playing more important role in the economy structure.Consulting industry in China is the emerging industry in the service industry,and has its unique significance to promote our country economy development and progress of science and technology,knowledge transfer,in line with international standards,and increasing social production capacity,etc.Human resource is well known as "materials of production",and human resource management is playing a crucial role in the survival and development of enterprises.Taking ATMT Group(China)as an example,the thesis is generated basing on the fact that generally consulting company scales are small,number of population is limited,types of business is relatively simple,the business content is mainly project scheme,the management indicators more related with business result rather than management efficiency.Starting from the main functions of human resources,considering the company development phase and organizational structure restriction,management team paying insufficient attention to human resource and other aspects,the thesis includes profound analysis and discussion of present human resources management situation of ATMT group,the challenges faced,cause of the problem and countermeasures of optimization,which are inducted and summarized.The items are proposed that strategy analysis and planning of the human resource management of ATMT group(China)needs to be done,centralized recruitment management and unified talent development management system need to be set up,flexible labor mode and other optimization countermeasures needs to be taken into place,and which may be explore to the human resource management in consulting industry as reference.The thesis describes itself with structure of introduction,theoretical foundation and literature review,human resources management present situation,human resource management problem analysis and countermeasures,conclusion and prospect.
