The Equipment Manufacturing Industry Logistics Outsourcer Selection Research

This research is based on the current domestic economic transformation speed more faster than before, and the national "2025" strategic planning of the demand to speed up and upgrade the equipment manufacturing industry. With the domestic equipment manufacturing industry logistics outsourcing market development is not mature reality. It main aim at the high cost of the equipment manufacturing industry logistics, logistics outsourcing with small scale, and low efficiency of the actual problem. I summarize and analysis the previous research results that basis on experts and scholars' standpoint, and confirm the research object for the domestic equipment manufacturing enterprises. Meanwhile, I come up with the suitable for domestic equipment manufacturing enterprise logistics outsourcing and the logistics outsourcing business strategic decisions need evaluation index system and evaluation model of choice.This paper through analysis the related theory of logistics outsourcing, which the institute for logistics outsourcing problem on the basis of theoretical foundation, and analyze the characteristics and advantages of the equipment manufacturing industry. Also I discuss the enterprises choose the logistics outsourcing business principles, methods and steps. Study adopts the method of literature investigation from 120 logistics outsourcer selection and evaluation as the theme of Chinese periodicals, foreign periodicals and Chinese dissertations from 05 to 15 years, on which to build the evaluation index system of the paper summarizes all kinds of primary and secondary indicators. According to each index of frequency and combined with industry characteristics of the equipment manufacturing industry out the evaluation of the equipment manufacturing industry logistics outsourcing suppliers target high contribution rate of the primary and secondary indexes, and set up the evaluation index system.
