The Research On Strategy Of IT Company Partner-L Company As Sample

Organizational change has always been the focus of theoretical and practical attention.In practice,changes in the internal and external environment of enterprises,as well as changes in their own development needs and so on,will lead to changes in organizational structure.Especially in the high-tech industry such as L company,where the market potential is great,the competition is fierce,and the information technology is developing rapidly.This study first reviews the organizational structure theory,the organizational structure change theory and the organizational learning theory,which lays the theoretical foundation for the follow-up study.Then,after analyzing the present situation and development of collaborative management software industry,this study adopts the method of case study,focuses on the analysis enterprise culture,the main products and services,sales model etc.,analyzes the organization structure of L company,and finally points out the existing problems and the change of influencing factors.Furthermore,on the basis of the principle of organizational change and its characteristic after change,this study puts forward an organizational structure optimization design framework:L company should take the organizational learning theory as guidance,to construct a decentralized and flat organizational structure.Finally,in order to ensure that the organizational change work smoothly and effectively,this study proposes the following implementation strategy,which includes the leadership level,management level and business level,and suggests that L company should also adopt the following two methods,including flexible management and team management.
