In the midst of the economic globalization and knowledge economy era, while knowledge is highly developed and widely spread, its importance is also greatly heightened. However, lots of science and technology companies in China are not prepared to tackle with the pressures and challenges caused by the rapidly changing environment effectively, both internally and externally. How to constantly strengthen company’s competiveness through an effective organizational change process, has therefore become a core issue for the whole industry.Starting with a thorough discussion of the mechanism, process, and influencing factors of organization learning, as well as considering the potential impacts of employees’psychological safety and leadership’s felt accountability, this research mainly examines the relationship among organizational change feature, organization learning, and organizational change strategy and performance.The research hypotheses include:1. Organization features and its type of change have impacts on organizational change features.2. Organizational change feature affects the degree of employees’felt accountability.3. Employees’psychological safety and felt accountability have effects on organizational learning capability.4. Organizational learning capability influences the organization’s choice of change strategy.5. Organizational change strategy affects organizational change performance.Research methods include case study, interview, as well as questionnaires collected from high-tech companies which had organizational changes in the past three years. Data were then analyzed using correlation analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.Research results include:(1) Organization features and its range of change have impacts on organizational change features; (2) Organizational change feature affects the degree of employees’felt accountability; (3) Employees’psychological safety and felt accountability have positive effects on organizational learning capability; (4) Organizational learning capability influences the organization’s choice of change strategy; (5) Organizational change strategy significantly affects organizational change performance..Further discussion of the results and limitations of the study are also included in this research.
