| Resource-based enterprises are the important support of economic development in resource-based provinces and cities,and their healthy and sustainable development are highly valued by local governments.But the production process of resource-based enterprises have serious negative externalities,and because of lack of resources,independent transformation capacity limitations and environmental constraints,the formation of internal cycle of resource-based enterprise resources and capabilities have been shortened.Excessive exploitation of traditional resource-based enterprises leads to waste of resources,environmental pollution and ecological destruction problems become increasingly serious,strategic transformation has become an inevitable choice for enterprise development.On the other hand,green development has become a new development concept.To enhance the core competitiveness and maintain the competitive advantage of enterprises,at the same time,resource-based enterprises are connected with society,economy and environment consciously,and adopt green development,reasonable allocation of resources,protect the ecological environment,has become the only way which must be passed strategic transformation of resource-based enterprises.Therefore,under the background of strategic transformation and green development,the green transformation of resource-based enterprises has become a strategic demand for enterprise development.Green transformation is the development model to change the traditional resource-based enterprises one-sided pursuit of economic growth and scale expansion,in the resources carrying capacity and ecological environment capacity,to achieve economic development and ecological environment win-win situation.Meanwhile,with the development of industrial cluster and network,resource-based enterprise can cross time and space barriers,from the independent transition to form the ecological network with other enterprises and the various stakeholders,reduce their operating costs,promote and by-product exchange and cascade resource use,at the same time,and to achieve green transformation.Firstly,this paper summarizes the theoretical basis of enterprise strategic transformation and business ecosystem,and combs the literature of resource-based enterprises transformation,enterprise green transformation and business ecosystem;Secondly,the ecological network structure and network relationship of resource-based enterprises are systematically analyzed with the help of the network model of eco industrial park-CSP model;Thirdly,in the analysis of external environment and internal conditions of the green transformation of resource-based enterprises,this paper puts forward to build the target,path and methods of ecological network of green transformation of resource-based enterprises,and the use of netlogo software,from the point of view of ecological connection and economic connection,the structure and network relationship of resource-based enterprise ecological network under the influence of resource cost and environmental cost are simulated;Fourthly,Combined with a practical case,we analyze the ecological network formed by a listed resource-based enterprise in green transformation with other stakeholders.Finally,from the point of view of ecological network governance,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures of resource-based enterprises green transformation.The conclusion of this paper is:that,under the influence of resource cost and environmental cost,with the increase of environmental cost,the number of ecological connections increases and the economic connection is relatively reduced in the ecological network.At the same time,based on the green transformation of resource-based enterprises,the economic output is reduced,and the output of ecological pollution is relatively stable.Finally,the results of the simulation are proved to be effective after adjusting the variables of the scale of the ecological network,the maximum number of connections,the economy,and the elastic coefficient of the pollution output.The main innovation of this paper is taht under the dual constraints of resources and environment,the effectiveness of simulating the construction of ecological network based on the green transformation of resource based enterprises is simulated,and solves the practical problems of resources and environment constraints in the process of green transformation,and combined with practical cases,it will provide references for enterprises to formulate development strategy and operation mode of green transformation. |
