The resource-based cities, which exploit resources as the pillar industry, damage to the environment in the process of city development, and need to consider the coordinated development of the economic, social and environment in the future.Land use is the condition tool of environment,as long as the carrier of economic and social development. And it needs precise management and equitable distribution in the coordinated development of the economic, social and environment. In order to realize make the large ecological benefits with the reasonable land area, the theory of green infrastructure will be use.Green infrastructure is a net which connected the ecological land both inside and outside the city and provide ecological functions for the city. And it can balance the need of land use between urban development and environment protection. In order to make the green infrastructure stable and effective,it needs to extract and optimize the interference source. This study, which in Wu'an city of Hebei province as an example, extracted interference source of green infrastructure using TIN network analysis and put forward reasonable allocation strategy to optimize the network. We found that(1)the ecological value of Wu'an City land use was nearly 3.8 billion yuan.(2)During 1987-2016 the efficiency and stability of green infrastructure in Wu'an were in the decline stage. The ecological benefits reduced to 85% of 1987 and landscape became fragmentation mainly in the central city and mining area.(3)The expansion of construction land was the main interference of green infrastructure in Wu'an city. And the interference effect from the center of the city gradually reduced to around. We put forward optimization strategies in both side of green infrastructure elements and interference sources.(1)Made the protection priority of different size of core which protected the large core in the low sensitive area and the small core in the high sensitive area.(2)Protected and built the corridor in low sensitive area which connect each core.(3)The expansion of construction land should consider the lack of ecological value and the impact of network stability.
