With the increase of economic development and people's living standards, people's health awareness and health concepts is growing.Regular physical health checks can prevent disease for understanding their own physical health situation. It is necessary that people learn basic health care knowledge from professional examination institutions.Currently, the main functions of hospitals and medical institution is to treat the disease. They are less focus on disease prevention and intervention.This study analyzes and optimizes the Shenzhen healthy marketing strategy. It is significance for disseminating healthy concept and promoting sustainable development of health examination. First, on the basis of previous studies and experience, the development of domestic and foreign medical industry is compared. Second, by using theoretical knowledge of marketing and SWOT method, the strengths and weaknesses of Shenzhen health examination institutions is analyzed. Third, the existence problems of Shenzhen health examination market is found by combining case analysis, market research and data processing, such as vicious competition, quality difference, service problem etc. Then, how to use the advantages of health examination institution, like brand, talent, technology and service, and how to increase the customer's satisfaction through the management of customer relationship are researched. At last, in order to establish an excellent marketing group, we propose several feasible marketing strategies and suggestions.The author of this study has put her attentions on the marketing strategy of Shenzhen health examination several years. It is important to promote the results of the marketing strategy from this research. This study combines theory and practice. The research results have important role in guiding Shenzhen health examination market. At the same time, it is also valuable for researchers and workers of health examination industry.
