An Empirical Study On The Application Of Open Innovation In Chinese High And New Technology Enterprises

At present,the level of science and technology has become the key measure to evaluate the development level of a country.Technology is the first productive force of the country.The importance of scientific and technological innovation is unprecedentedly being highlighted.High and new technology enterprises,as the source of R&D knowledge of new technology,have been continuously valued by every country.High and new technology companies are technology and knowledge intensive enterprises.They are strongly pursuit of creative knowledge.The economic added value of this kind of enterprises is much higher than that of other types of enterprises,and the technical content of their products is very high.High and new technical enterprise is important carriers for the realization of a national science and technology.However,domestic high-tech enterprises have problems of small scale and backward science and technology."Open innovation" is a new model concept about innovation at the present stage.The view points out that the use of external resources and the use of external commercialization channels should be placed in the same important position as the traditional closed innovation that is the model of independent innovation of the enterprise.The enterprise can realize the innovation of the enterprise product by purchasing the intellectual property and patent of the domestic and foreign enterprises,and the enterprise can make use of this model to balance or reset the internal and external resources,and integrate the internal and external commercial channels effectively.In this mode,each enterprise can make creative knowledge as possible as possible through strategic alliance,licensing,cooperation in production,learning,and research,joint investment and so on,and maximize the interest of creative resources.Therefore,it is a feasible choice to use the new mode of open innovation to promote the technological progress and increase output value of high-tech enterprises in China.Since the introduction of open innovation,it has been studied from a relatively simple perspective,and its own analysis needs to be deepened.On the basis of open innovation theory and the academic research of this theory,this paper analyzes how high and new technology enterprises in China apply this new mode of innovation.First,this paper analyzed the development present situation of China's high and new technology enterprises.At present,Chinese high-tech enterprises are mainly faced with the difficult problems of innovation.The study also includes the comparison ofopen and closed innovation modes,and the application of open innovation in various stages of enterprise development and the analysis of enterprise mechanism.Second,the main feature of this paper is to change the previous research perspective of the new innovation model for innovation performance,and analyze the logic relationship between the open innovation and the innovation performance of the high-tech enterprises and the influence of the new model on the whole performance.It includes three independent variables,the expenditure on the introduction of technical funds,the expenditure on digestion and absorption,the expenditure on purchasing of domestic technical,and the two dependent variables,the sales income of new products and the number of patent applications;Third,we studied the impact of the new mode of innovation on the overall performance of enterprises,and used technical efficiency as the basis of evaluation.Finally,according to the analysis results,we put forward reasonable proposals for the development of high-tech enterprises.
