The innovation research field is very broad, innovation can choose from many different perspectives to study, the past scholars to understand the organization or the use of innovative behavior and determinants of innovation. High and new technology enterprise is innovation enterprise, the enterprise development and innovation is inextricably relations, therefore, this kind of enterprise innovation can speak directly with the staff performance.
