An Analysis Of Hangzhou LD Enterprise Business Strategy Under Internet+ Era

Based on Hangzhou LD Chain,which is the subject of this study,this paper discusses in the context of the Internet several topics about the key factors affecting the company's strategy and the process of enterprise transformation.On the basis of the basic theory and the strategic management method,this paper analyzes the current performance and the development history of the company based on the theory of "Internet +",taking into account the company's personnel structure,financial situation and other aspects.This paper includes not only PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and the "five force" model analysis at the macro,industry and fundamental level respectively,but contains in-depth analysis of the company's specific situation by taking interviews with company's personnel.More specifically,we find that Hangzhou LD Chain has been operating in more than one industry and its products are supported by the government but also subject to some regulations concerning environmental protection according to PEST analysis.The "five force"model shows that LD Chain faces intensive competition and its products have room for value-added services.Finally,we conduct the SWOT analysis and it seems that LD Chain is struggling with "low-level employee","little expansion with value-added services" and "weak brand awareness".After the above analysis,this paper indicates that there are two major issues concerning Hangzhou LD Chain namely a shortage of core competence and insufficient utilization of the customer group and "Internet+" technology.Based on the two issues,this paper puts forward some suggestions with respect to nurturing core competence,diversification and utilization of the "Internet+" technology.The result of this research is a new attempt by the private enterprises to implement the strategic management under the "Internet +" era,which is oriented to provide Hangzhou LD Chain with strategic advice and to benefiting other enterprises as well.
